الوصف الوظيفي Contribute to define transport strategy Contribute to elaborate transport budget Define transport KPIs related to company main KPIs. Liaise effectively with the Fleet Management Provider to ensure that all scheduled maintenance intervals are strictly adhered to and vehicles are presented on time. Liaise with 3rd Party Maintenance providers to ensure load points availability. Ensure all documentation from 3rd Party maintenance providers has been received and has been completed correctly and meets the current legal requirements. Review and prioritize all GPS reports. Communicate to Fleet Management Provider Continuously review operations to improve best practice. Analyse routes to and from, factory to unload points to ensure optimum routing for the drivers, and accurate distances and travel times for the Transport Planning Monitor and ensure quality control of daily trailer hygiene to agreed standards. Manage outbound and inbound delivery day to day issues, and address any grievances, and when appropriate, escalate to the line Manager. Ensure all fleet related Saudi Arabia and GCC legislation, company requirements Regulations and Customer Codes of Practice requirements are met at all times. Recognize and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Report any non-compliance or malpractice to the line Manager. Review plan adherence data and identify actual volume and weight variances versus plan and identify consequences. Review and action all trailers daily defect reports within 24 hours of receipt. Review and action all daily pre-use defect reports within 24 hours of receipt. Any major repairs / safety defects should be referred to the Fleet Management Provider. Organize delivery and reception as and when required. Ensure that all vehicles are road worthy and meet legal requirements. Complete with justification. Complete other cost or efficiency analysis work as required. Ensure other duties as and when required as instructed by Line Manager المهارات Strong effective communication both written and verbal An ability to work under pressure. Excellent administrative and IT skills. An eye for detail and a high standard of performance. Good numerical, analytical and logical thinker. Clearly demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’ with a high awareness of costs. Possess a high degree of self-discipline.
