MEP Office Engineer - Metro Riyadh Project - (Engineering Spanish Company)

الوصف الوظيفي
To ensure the highest quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing urban design work and coordination among other disciplines as Civil and Architectural in accordance with project specific cost, quality and schedule requirements.
Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, design sequencing and project schedule. Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subconsultants and/or Back Office during design. Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals. Log and post all MEP design changes. Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order. Assist the client on MEP design issues. Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subconsultant and Back Office. Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings endorsement. Liaison with client MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff. Attend all required workshops and meetings with client´s representatives and Engineer´s representatives

المهارات
University degree in Mechanical Engineering Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with Urban works Experience: 5 years of construction / design experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design / construction procedures, regulations and practices Computer literate Possess excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English. AutoCad knowledge
Job location: Riyadh Office, Saudi Arabia
Nationality: Open, but preferable Spanish or Saudi or Egyptian or Palestine
