Arrow Consult and Information Technology (CITS) is a project management professional services company that provides its services in GCC and Egypt. We are looking for a Sharpoint Developer with the required skills and passion to help the company to grow its technical team and achieve projects requirements. Please find below the required job descriptions and responsibilitiesSpecific Responsibilities:• Plan, lead, and execute Microsoft .NET, SharePoint, EPM and Web development projects including architecture and design development activities.• Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to define and scope EPM and SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality.*Develop EPM and Sharpoint projects requirements that might include portal development, workflow automation, dashboards and reports, workspaces, etc.*Use different techniques and tools to develop the dashboard and reports including business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.*Use different techniques and tools to develop the workflow automation including Sharpoint designer, .NET development and other tools such as NINTEX, K2, etc.• Provide day-to-day operations support and configuration management, serve as the POC for differentiating functional issues from technical issues, and resolve technical issues.• Provide guidance in pursuing innovative solutions to achieve client goals and objectives.• Review and help to assess, for Government review, the effectiveness of communication initiatives to varied audiences and performing quality assurance reviews on written products to ensure conformance with internal policies and procedures as well as organizational guidance and direction.• Solicit input from users for upgrades and additional functionality of the tools offered through the communities of interest (COl) and research the availability of new tools internally and externally to assist the team that might include administrators and developers in enhancing and improving the current tool set to better meet the needs of the users.

المهارات
Minimum Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint solution development, configuration, or customization• 3+ years of experience with .net or C# development• Experience with two of the following: HTML and JavaScript coding, CSS, SharePoint Web part application and configuration, InfoPath Designer, SharePoint Designer, or online workflow development• Experience with interfacing SharePoint to Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or Visio• Experience with supporting the DoD and/or DHS, including knowledge management or working as part of an information management organization• Experience with problem solving, business process analysis, and redesign• Ability to leverage expertise in time management to complete assignments independently and effectively
