Arrow Consult and Information Technology (CITS) is a project management professional services company that provides its services in GCC and Egypt. We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to help the company in achieving its growth vision. Please find below the required job descriptions and responsibilities.
• Experience in selling professional services “Business & Project Management Consulting and Outsourcing” as well as management applications “ERP systems, Workflows automations, Document Management, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, etc” Preferably in Oracle and Microsoft technology platforms.
• Managing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call & visit existing or potential clients in different sectors.
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective
• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the client requirements and needs.
• Preparing proposals by coordinating and working with the technical team to respond to customer requirements.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems Developing solutions Preparing reports Making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending marketing campaigns Reviewing professional publications Establishing personal networks Participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Calling Prospective Clients and arranging in person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
