*Provides technical support to instrumentation maintenance, Includes trouble Shooting and providing advice and assistance in resolving instrumentation problems Such as loop failures, malfunction of loops, inaccurate measurements or indications and recommending spare part stocks.
*Provides engineering and design input for plant modifications includes designs and engineering for particular purposes, making sizing and measurement calculations, preparing data sheets, contacting vendors for suitable instruments application, and advising team for installing and testing hardware.
*Validate and assess equipment performance and makes recommendations as applicable. includes recommending regular PM’s. inspections of instruments equipment’s. evaluates existing or potential problems and develops written procedures.
*Reviews Project Engineering packages. Makes feasibility studies to potential project. Reviews drawings for modifications, and comments on feasibility. Drawings, etc.
*Ensures that all work and activities affecting quality, safety, environment are carried out in accordance to the requirements of YANPET/SABIC standards.
*Experience with Safety instrumented system (SIS) and Hazard (HAZOP), layers Of (LOPA). risk graphs as per IEC.
*Develops solutions to problems and develops designs and modifications in accordance with professional engineering standards and establish company policy.
المهارات
*Education Bachelor Degree-Engineering (B.E.)
*Work Experience 15-16 years
*English Language Level Good
*SIS, RCM, RCA and PHA.
*SAP Experience preferable.
*Certified SIS engineer by TUV is preferable
