Job Description o Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. • Day- to-day operations: o Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work. • Architecture Design Analysis: o Analyses the provided requests and business goals of the business units and participates in the identification and grouping of similarities that may create synergies among applications that will increase efficiency o Develops the application’s and system’s architecture according to the overall BT architecture of the Bank and BT architecture principles and standards, in order to support the development of applications and improvements that will support the achievement of Bank’s objectives o Monitors and follows-up of the applications and projects development, in order to verify that they comply with the architecture of the division o Identifies potential discrepancies of the applications developed from the architecture standards and guidelines and develops modifications and adjustments in the enterprise architecture in order to better meet the business requests o Updates and documents the modifications conducted in the applications and systems, so as to enable and support the efficient knowledge management • Solutions Design Authority: o Assesses the current operating systems and applications in use, so as to identify if and how they can support the realization of business needs and how the new applications and systems can be integrated o Keeps abreast of the local and international market trends and improvements and proposes the development of “state of the art” solutions and projects, in order to meet business requirements with the most efficient and cost effective way o Reviews the design of systems and application in order to identify compliance with the rules and regulations of the design authority model o Maintains and continuous update the design authority model according to guidance, so as to achieve compliance with latest trends and technological improvements • Continuous Improvement: o Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. • Reporting: o Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards • Safety, Quality & Environment: o Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment • Related Assignments: o Performs other related duties or assignments as directed https://www.monstergulf.com/job-vacancy-business-analyst-riyadh-3i-infotech-limited-riyadh-5-15-years-23175715.html?sig=js-2—1&from;=𝔯=refine;loc=182;lmy=saudi,arabia;day=365;srt=pst;ref=https://www.monstergulf.com/;show_omit=1;res_cnt=40&hlWords;= |
