• Job Responsibilities:
 Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Microsoft Exchange 2013 and 2016
 Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems with Active Directory
 Managing Network Services DNS, DHCP, & NTP
 Support Windows Server 2008 /2012/2016
 Manage the daily operation tasks
 Manage and Monitor the daily/Weekly Backup of Exchange and AD
 Effectiveness in maintaining a well-organized operation to ensure the efficiency and accuracy
 Monitor AD/Exchange Systems Performance.
 Recover of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
 Maintaining System Documentation
 Provide excellent communication both internally with the team and management

• Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Language: Arabic - English
