Develop and update project plans and coordinate project activities across: Business Partners, IT staff and vendors.
Experience in taking meeting minutes, writing status reports and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Identify, track and communicate issues, risks and roadblocks within the project.
Ensure change management procedures are followed and proper documentation is maintained.
Must work as a team member and be able to take guidance and direction easily.
Be able to multi-task in a very busy work environment
Produce the following project documentation:
Agenda/Meeting Minutes
Status reports
Project Plans
Budget Tracking Reports
Issues Tracking Reports
Additional tasks as assigned
Complies at all times with the Standards, Policies and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as outlined in the Employee Handbook
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
2 to 3 years’ formal project management experience. Experience in any of the following industries is required and/or preferred:
Retail
Consulting
Pharmaceuticals
Financial Services
Knowledge of software development life cycle using agile and waterfall project methodologies.
Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence preferred.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Strong organizational skills with focus on meeting deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have a positive attitude and focus on getting the job done.
Strong problem solving skills.
Must be detailed oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS-Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, SmartSheet
