• Ensure proper implementation of Daily tool box talk in site as per the Client and Company procedure/Requirement• Inspection of the work area together with Supervisor prior to start day’s activities.• Arrange proper and scheduled program to ensure the Safety of all equipment by acquiring stickers from the Client /Contractor.• Ensure all Work force are Supplied with adequate and proper PPE and ensure proper usage.• Educate all Employees on the proper usage of PPE, Specific or General• Participate all the Safety Meeting and inform Employees and Management about the issues discussed.• Make sure that before beginning any job there is necessary work permit• Recording and analysis of information of injuries, damage and production loss.• Control all Employees and inspection for Safety and give instruction regarding Safety. Daily progress report gives to Safety Engineer, Safety Supervisors.• Planning and Managing periodical inspections & maintenance schedule according vendor specifications to all Safety & Fire Equipment.• Ensure that all procedures as per the operational / project plans, maintain all HSE related statistics, issue HSE Bulletin.• Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.• Conducting HSE Training, meetings and “TOOL BOX” talks.• Checking and monitoring the Scaffolding tag system.• Support Company Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and programs, Provides technical and professional proposals and advice to protect company property and personnel.• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and Monitoring all activities and facilities.• Carry out surprise checks on site to determine effectiveness and adequacy of System for safety.• Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape to avoid accidents.• Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.• Control all the Employees and inspection for Safety and give instruction regarding Safety. Daily progress report gives to Main Client and copy to Project Manager.• Ensure the Slogan SAFETY FIRST in practical sense
