الوصف الوظيفي
Your role will be to maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.
You will also make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery, and develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.

• Experience supporting and imaging Windows 10 devices.
• Detailed knowledge of supporting Microsoft Office 2013/365 applications.
• Experience with remote desktop support.
• Experience with mobile device support.
• Ability to communicate IT training to customers
• Experience with support of laptop hardware (HP and/or Dell desired).
• High comfort with audio visual IT equipment (servers, touch screens, projectors, av switches, audio systems etc.)
• Competent in running and terminating network cabling and dressing IT cabinets
• Knowledge and experience of switches/routers on LAN/WAN/WIFI networks (Cisco/and/or Juniper desired).
• Experience of WAN protocols such as MPLS/DSL etc desired
• Ability and willingness to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and occasional international travel.
• Good written and verbal English and Arabic language communication skills.
• Ability to liaise and interact with high profile individuals
• Ability to work independently without appreciable direction.
• Ability to write, update and maintain written processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot network and desktop issues
• Appropriate Microsoft & Cisco Certifications or ability to demonstrate skills.
• College Degree in related IT field or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Experience with disk encryption and secure environments.
• Knowledge of IP CCTV and access control systems
• Experience with Oblong Mezzanine collaboration hardware
