Relationship Manager/Officer

Job Purpose/Summary:

Based within the banking or financial sector, a relationship officer’s role involves working with clients to help them make the right decisions with their accounts and explain the financial services on offer to them. You’ll also be expected to identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business for the company you work for.
Duties and responsibilities

- Service support to existing clients obtains new clients and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients and other trade factors.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of the clients. - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

المهارات

Education: Bachelor /Diploma degree with a major in Business Administration or equivalent.

Skills and abilities: Soft skills, presentable, PowerPoint skills acceptable (basic) level of English and good Network and existing client base

Experience: Work in similar role for at least 3-5 years in investment banking/ investment financial company.

Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of financial products.

Professional Certification: CME-1 (General Securities Qualification Examination Certificate).
