الوصف الوظيفي
• Ability to Perform user research to understand the needs of customers and stakeholders
• Creative problem solver and ability to dive in and identify the best approach to achieving objectives
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and then consolidate and create deliverables and recommendations
• High skills on working with project managers, developers, and other designers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient on identifying and creating UX deliverables like personas, Use Cases, task flows, information architecture ,competitive analysis , journey maps … etc.
• Good experience in low and high fidelity prototyping to make efficient Wireframes.
• Good knowledge on Planning and executing usability testing for product current features and making enhancements.
• Good understanding of web & Mobile UX and usability best practices for them.
• Basic knowledge on making designs for Web and mobile.

المهارات
- creating UX deliverables like personas, Use Cases, task flows, information competitive architecture, journey maps … etc.
