Motivating and managing the installation and after-sales teams.
o Coordinating the installations and the commissioning of new equipment with the client representative as early as the job order is received.
o Coordinating with the sales team in order to properly execute the jobs and achieve the client satisfaction.
o Filing and updating the filing system and tracking the pending job orders.
o Checking the service reports of the technicians to make sure the proper diagnostics were carried out and the right spare parts and repair time were proposed to quote.
o Preparing installation schedules and assigning the teams for the different jobs.
o Scheduling the daily tasks and jobs of his different teams.
o Determining with the aid of the supervisors / technicians the staff requirement, parts and equipment required for each project / Job.
o Selling and promoting the after-sales services along with the RSIP (offering, inspecting, contracts renewal, reports, quotations… etc).
o Providing prices for the service activities to be carried out whenever required.
o Updating the projects histogram on a weekly basis.
o Following up on the ongoing installations / repairs and taking appropriate actions to sort out any technical problem faced on sites (including the communication with the technical teams of our suppliers).
o Keeping records of man hours, parts utilized and work performed of each installation by filling all the required documents and updating the system.
o Evaluating the performance of his teams periodically by setting up measurable KPI’s with clear objectives of each team member.
o Upgrading his existing talents and experiences by creating a progression program for each of his team members.
o Proposing yearly training schedule for his team members (overseas / local).
o Preparing and updating the yearly budget of his division and calculating the hourly cost of his manpower on yearly basis.
