• Present annual plans and submit them to Board of Directors.

• Transforming strategic plans into specific operational plans for the company.
• Develop future leadership through restructuring, growth and leadership.
• Develop leadership and training programs to increase employee effectiveness.
المهارات
• Work experience of not less than 15 years in the field of contracting .
• Work experience of at least 3 - 5 years as an Executive .
• Experience in security and telecommunication.
• Have the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Have experience in managing subcontractors.
