My client is looking for a seasoned Head Chef to manage a multifaceted pastry and savoury outlet in Riyadh, offering predominantly grab and go items across a number of food stations. A modern reinterpretation of a market hall but upscale.
Different stations include but not limited to Ice-Cream, Savoury, Salad, Crepe & Waffles, Bakery, Pastry, Juices and Coffee.

المهارات

Must be someone EXTREMELY strong with pastry but also have extensive experience in the savoury section and overall general kitchen management.

Arabic speaking advantageous but not essential.

Must have strong management skills.

Must be someone that is creative.

Must have strong leadership and training skills.

Must be someone who has extensive experience developing menus, writing recipes, understands food cost inside out and is experienced with menu engineering.
