Transit Talent Solutions is proud to partner with the FLOW Consortium (Ansaldo STS, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane), who have been successfully appointed by ArRiyadh Development Authority as the Operations & Maintenance Contractor for Package 5, comprising Lines 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the 6-line Riyadh Metro.

Maintain resources inventory,
Record and maintain work history,
Include work tasks and frequencies,
Accommodate all methods of work accomplishment,
Effectively interface and communicate with related and supporting systems, ranging from work generation through work performance and evaluation,
Support each customer’s mission,
Ensure communication with each customer,
Provide feedback information for analysis, and
Reduce costs through effective resource planning.
Address all resources involved,
Give technical and functional support to maintenance personnel on Delta CMMS and Maintenance Work Processes
Perform regular audits of database records and maintenance work processes to ensure that the ERP system is accurate and updated
Generate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance performance reports including monitoring system data integrity and to identify gaps and training opportunities
Serve as trainer for ERP System to core process resource personnel
Participate in all facilities operations discussion groups aimed at forming solutions to existing problems related to ERP and Support Services and developing process improvements
Assist in assessing companywide needs of the ERP system and customize solutions when applicable
