As a Procurement Manager on this incredible project you will supervise and oversee all aspects of procurement activities for the Riyadh Metro.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure effective procurement planning is in place for Riyadh Metro.
High volume non-technical procurement activities including contract administration and contract writing.
Allocate resource to ensure all procurement activities are undertaken in a timely manner.
Ensure procurement activity for Riyadh Metro is managed within agreed budgets.
Ensure all Riyadh Metro governance is followed and all paperwork and approval hierarchy is adhered to.
Supervise the Riyadh Metro Procurement team, ensuring the team is performing to the required standards and in compliance with the standard procedures.
Ensure the clients procurement governance is followed and adhered to at all time.
Regularly meet with relevant clients to ensure they are satisfied with the performance of the Procurement department.
Take responsibility for day to day commercial aspects of the concession agreement.
