Regional Service Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
To ensure service & parts fastest and most accurate operation as per the procedures and guidelines set by the Group. Supervises and assigns work to the supervisors, and ensures that all tasks are carried out timely.
Monitors the technical performance for Service & parts department and makes criteria to measure its performance and productivity.
Analyzes and resolves work problems. He initiates plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
Coordinates with other departments Managers to investigate & find out root causes of chronic & intermittent problems as per requirement.
Manager the central region service operations and sales.

HVAC Experience.
Maintenance Experience.
