الوصف الوظيفي Carrying out of jobs assigned to him. Maintaining of parts & stock supervision. Keep working place clean and organized 2. Communication Reporting directly to Fleet Manager Communicates with Fleet Manager, Team leader & Service advisor. 3. Tasks To identify spare parts correctly. To deliver spare parts to the technicians. To transfer spare parts to job cards in the correct form. Maintain records of requisitions & orders. Reporting and maintaining records of non availability of parts. Adjusting stock as per required trends. To coordinate with service advisor/warranty officer for old warranty parts returns. Place orders for spare parts needed at once. Receiving spare parts orders and ensuring these are entered into the system. Dealing with associated paper work. Follow up on parts orders. Parts are correctly placed in the allocated bins. Handle Warranty on parts damaged in transit. المهارات Skills : Good knowledge of the Product related parts. English Speaking is an Advantage. PC skills. Knowledge of EPC and related software’s. Experience/s : At least 4 years experience in a similar role.
