*Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, or related Health field, or Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Training and Development with 10 years experience.
*Master’s Degree in Medical Education, or above mentioned disciplines with 8 years experience.
In collaboration with Medical Affairs, establishes the hospital annual scholarship and postgraduate plan.
In collaboration with concerned departments, establishes the number and assignments of residencies for the various hospital specialty departments.
Continuously improves the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the academic affairs responsibilities of the organization, and accreditation requirements.
Define process and implement the annual scholarship and postgraduate plans.
In collaboration with Medical Affairs, establishes processes and protocols for the screening and appointment of residents and fellows.
Ensure the application of accreditation requirements, and strive to implement international accreditation standards and latest educational modalities and methodologies.
Instills and nurtures a culture of quality, measurement, transparency, and accountability, and will be the recognized leader at the organization in the establishment of medical education activities and standards.
Develop Manage the unit and coordinate and participate in scholarship committee.
Receive scholarship and courses applications and review attached; recommendations received from departments.
Apply scholarship terms in accordance with hospital policies for study leave and Ministry of Higher Education policies.
Follow up with external and internal scholarship students.
Conduct annual and biannual statistics and submit them to the hospital administration.
Visit internal scholarship students and submit reports regularly.
Update scholarship regulations and rules on a regular basis
Prepare an annual budget for scholarships according to the department’s needs.
Prepare an annual scholarship plan and allocate seats for each department.
Generates and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and other reports as required and directed.
