Job Summary:

Performing daily Quality Control activities such inspection of raw materials, work in process and finished products to ensure compliance with the required standards and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing quality control inspection activities for raw material, work in process and finished products.
• Performing quality inspection activities on products during the manufacturing processes to ensure the compliance with the set standards.
• Splitting and remarking the nonconforming products in order to rework it (if possible) or to scrap it.
• Monitoring the status of inspection tools/ equipment and inform the QC Section Head of these which needed outsourcing calibration.
• Handling the calibration of QC inspection tools/ equipments (for the tools need internal calibration) and updating the related reports and labels accordingly. Add to specialist
• Providing quality feedbacks to QC Section Head on regular basis, in addition to report the major quality issues promptly.
• Checking the date of calibration of the inspection tools/ equipment before performing the inspection.
• Filling quality reports and sending the comprehensive one to the QC Section Head to analyze it for the purpose of quality improvement.
• Providing quality feedback on regular basis, in addition to report the major quality issues promptly. • Supporting the production with all the quality related issues such as; inspection tools, products specifications and drawings.

Education & Working Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and familiar with Knowledge in quality control inspections, certified in AWS welding inspector and knowledge in ISO 9001.5 years working experience, out of which 2 years at least as QC Inspector in Steel structure or Pre-engineering buildings industries.
