الوصف الوظيفي
• Receive Goods after checking the specification as per the PO and expiry dates etc.
• Issue Goods as per FIFO method and do the goods issue in SAP.
• Sort and place materials on racks or in bins according to the product code and follow FIFO system.
• Supervise the loading of all delivery’s trucks and ensure truck temp & condition are correct as per standards, that correct materials & quantities are loaded and trucks leave on time.
• Examine goods upon receiving for discrepancies, damaged goods, and any abnormalities and returns-to-vendor if needed and to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
• Cycle count and physical inventory as required. Check for near expiry and expired materials and prepare a weekly report submitted to the line manager.
• Monitor, maintain, and record store’s temperature as per quality standards, and inform immediately the maintenance team & the line manager of any abnormality.• Tag items and perform weekly and annual inventory & maintain the traceability records as required by ISO, HACCP, BRC, and YUM.
