الوصف الوظيفي
The initial review and summarizing of the ITT package so that an initial Bid or No Bid decision can be made.
Compilation and ownership of the Tender Responsibility Matrix
Hold the Tender Kick of Meetings
Compiling and managing the tender inputs.
Coordination of all subcontractor ITT and evaluations
Compiling the pricing spreadsheet to build up the cost base
Evaluating of the project risks
Evaluating the competition / competitive position
Interface with other departments as required.
Presenting the costing to management
Compiling the commercial qualifications to ensure compliance with all commercial principals
Compiling the final tender package in compliance with all processes, procedures and principals.
Ensuring timely delivery of the tender documents
Dealing with ongoing clarifications / negotiations
Close out of tenders negotiations
Handover to the project team
Support / ownership of on-going tendering initiatives
Updating the project budget periodically to insure the estimation accuracy.
Having a large database of construction materials Suppliers/Subcontractors contact details inside and outside the Kingdom

Able to communicate effectively and articulately at all levels.

Effective motivation of all staff to execute their activities in a professional manner in accordance with the company SMS.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proven track record of direct commercial negotiations both up and down stream.
Ability to priorities the workload
Willing to travel when required
Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English language.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages - in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexibility in switching between different types of tendering duties on a daily basis
Hands-on mentality
Team player
Pleasant disposition with the capability to be authoritative when necessary.Organized and proactive.
Strong co-ordination, organization and liaison skills with the ability to seek and gain consensus solutions to complex issues.
