“Academic manager”
* Character traits:
- Have physical and mental health, which helps him to endure the pressures of work.
- Have the ability to concentrate, think and make sound judgments.

- Take responsibilities and be patient, honest and hard working.
- Have the ability to persuade others, intelligence and honesty.
- Not more than 40 years old.
- Only for (Male/ Egyptian/ live in Egypt)
* Qualifications:
- University degree in the field of education.
- Have experience in the field of education for at least 8 years, including 2 years in the field of school administration.
- Good knowledge of the teaching profession and be proud of it, and have faith in the value of work and full understanding of the goals of education and the means to achieve them.
- Aware of the characteristics of the students’ social and mental personalities.
- Ability to work with others in a constructive manner and to coordinate the efforts of workers.
- Understand the local environment and its problems.
- Aware of the administrative aspects related to his tasks.
