Acts a Hub between CEO and all internal and external relations with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and production houses. Provides guidance and help resolve all issues related to the operations. Increasing the quality of all products and production for the company, setting flawless processes for all operations. Always looking to find more cost effective solutions and help enhance the customer satisfaction with all offered goods and services. Will be able to make key decisions on operational tasks while under pressure with little or no supervision.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years operations experience
2+ production experience
1+ years experience in financial reporting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (bonus)
Understanding Pre & Post Production process to be able to provide guidance to the team and suppliers
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English. *bilingual is a plus (Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, Hindi, …)
Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making
Understanding of different production techniques, processes, material choices to be able to offer suggestions and advice to any internal and external party
