I have a requirement for a Saudi National preferably located in Riyadh. He should have degree or diploma in IT field and three years’ experience in BMC Remedy software ITSM (IT service management software).
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
AR System 7.x and 8.x Development, Configuration and Administering
ITSM 7.x and 8.x Configuration and Administration
BMC Remedy CMDB 7.x and 8.x Configuration and Administration
BMC Remedy Service Request Management 7.6 Configuration and Administration
Development , installation, configuration, integrations, customizations of BMC Remedy AR System/ ITSM version 7.x/8.x (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management), CMDB, SRM and SLM etc.
Providing customer support, training and other technical advisory services
Assigning user nodes to various devices installed and networked, handling allocation and protection of user rights, as per company’s policies
