JOB DESCRIPTION: Applications specialist dedicated to the sales and servicing of centrifuges and other lab products.

Responsibilities will also include answering technical inquiries, responding to customer general business requests, diagnosing service issues and assisting to organize Sales and Service trainings throughout Saudi Arabia.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzing and interpreting technical data;
Elaboration of technical and sales reports:
Diagnosis of service issues and support local distributors with Hettich requirements;
Teaching / training local Saudi Arabian sales and service teams;
Liaising with technicians throughout Saudi Arabia and BMS/Hettich to ensure adequate after-sales and service support in the field;
Assisting in the preparation and participation in conferences and exhibitions;

Saudi Arabian residency with transferrable Iqama (residency permit) and Driver’s License are mandatory
Educational background / Experience requested:
BS in Biomedical or Biotechnical engineering or Electronic engineering
BS in laboratory technology with technical and sales experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the Biomedical, Biotechnology and/or Blood Banking sector.
Language skills:
Strong English writing and verbal communication skills
Preferably Fluent in Arabic
Computer software skills:
Strong knowledge of Ms Word ; MsExcel ; MsOutlook; Internet
Strong computer knowledge
