Job Description:
Identify leads in the target markets through referrals, cold calling, professional networking and existing customers.
Prepares Daily Service Report (DSR) and opportunity pipeline.
Ensure all standard processes related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Credit Control, delivery etc. are followed.
Ensure the credit control policy is well understood, followed and procedures are implemented.
Take ownership of each customer and ensure end-to-end delivery of the service to customers from quotation till the payment is received without delays and surprises.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Extensive knowledge of Electronic, software. IT Hardware and equipment selling.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and diplomatic and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Confidently deliver presentations to technical audiences.
2-4 years proven sales or business development experience.
