B.S. Degree either Civil or Architect from a reputable University
Strong knowledge on project management requirements
Good knowledge of using computers and software related to his discipline
Well versed in spoken and written English. Arabic language knowledge is a plus
Being a member of an internationally accredited or recognized engineering organization is a plus.
Transferable Iqama is a must
Specific requirements:
Experience as a full time dedicated Project Manager of at least 3 previous projects
Ability to manage the relation between Consultant, Design Consultants and Contractors
Ability to manage the project on-site team (of all trades; construction, finishing,
Ability to manage the project contractual issues (contracts, variation orders, claims, budget, financials & planning)
He has to have a strong view on cost efficiency and management of site activities
Previous experience with project management/construction management/consultants is a plus.
P.M.P. certification is a plus
