• High School as a Minimum education qualification.
• 0-2 years general experience
• Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
• Customer service experience
• Primarily Arabic Language – speak/read/write skills ; moderate in English
• Good communications skills
• Knowledge of MS office
• Candidates Active on Social Media are preferred ( Facebook, twitter, Instagram … )
Additional requirements
• Keyboard proficiency and MS Office/PC skills – minimum 40 wpm
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Be self-motivated and take initiative
• Work well with a team and be co‐operative
• Empathy and Customer Service Orientation
