Salesman

• Represents the company image in front of customers, (presentation, information, customers greeting…)
• Prepares the store at opening time, cleans the store and backroom
• Removes expired items, fills shelves with new deliveries, respects the merchandising plan, keeps facing across the day
• Makes sure the highest standards of hygiene are achieved (expiry date, rotation, food quality control…)
• Heats/bakes properly the foodstuff as per heating instructions
• Answers customers’ requests, able to provide information related to nutrition
• Explains mechanisms of all diet programs to customers, directs customers to the right program, as per profile
• Sells shop products to customers, able to generate add-on sales
• Focus with customers on new launches, promotions, activities running
• In charge of cash transactions
• Respects the corporate discount deals, loyalty card program
• Maintains the highest operational standards during the course of the day
• Prepares the store for closing, organizes returns or inter store transfers
