Human Resources Senior Specialist
JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide support in the areas of employment, benefit administration, employee relations. Assist in the overall operations of the Human Resources function by maintaining accurate employee records.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Assist in managing HR activities by ensuring full implementation of company’s policy and responding to routine HR questions and requests.
2. Maintain and update HR Reports by maintaining all logs (new hire, termination, transfers, and turnover reports) in daily basis and preparing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Assist in carrying out Personnel Activities by processing all benefit, enrolment and administration including health insurance, vacation, sick leave, housing allowance, education allowance, etc following the policies and procedures in accurate, administered and timely manner.
4. Assist in new Employee Orientation by ensuring completion of all required forms; answer inquiries and providing information for personnel actions.
5. Maintain and update Employee’s Files by reviewing, documenting and assuring records sorted in right place.
6. Assist in providing Employees’ Related Information by keeping Employee Bulletin Boards updated, post memos, pictures of employee events, and assisting in the production of employee newsletter.
7. Ensure all Employee Contracts are filled upon arrival by reviewing the contracts items are addressed as per policies for management approval.
8. Assist in executing the Performance Management System by ensuring accurate implementation of the appraising process for employees’ performance system.
9. Maintain and administer Personnel Activities through HR System by processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations,
10. Assist in managing Employee Training Activities by arranging for in-house and external training activities.
11. Provide assistance in administering Employee Benefit Programs and workers compensation plans by collecting and analyzing data related to compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
12. Provide Administration Services for new employees and guests by preparing identification cards, badges and passes and performing other security-related duties.
13. Assist in implementation of Recruitment and Selection Process by administering and scoring applicant and employee aptitude, personality, and interest assessment instruments.
14. Hold /attend department meetings by providing required information through presentations and discussions.
15. Prefer to be Indian or Filipino citizenship and Fluent in Arabic Language Understanding .
