•BE / BS IT degree (Preferred)
•Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
•Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
•7+ years of work experience in the Information Technology services Outsourcing, offshoring, managed services, professional/consulting services with Enterprise Customers in the region
•Min of 4-5 years of experience in selling IT services. Should have worked for at least 2-3 years in the KSA market
•Min 3yrs of experience in IT Services requirements at a macro level
•Should have worked on proposals worth at least 6M SAR - 8M SAR and above.
•Should have closed deals worth at least 5M SAR. 100% track record of Target Achievement and number driven
•Should have worked and have basic domain understanding across the industry verticals.
•Should have good technology understanding in BPM, EAI, and ECM
•Should have the ability to actively support the partners and presales team on proposals and review the proposals independently
•Good Negotiation Skills, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated and High Energy person with a passion to achieve his goals. Should be Result Oriented and Go getter
•Should have a good understanding of the regional culture
•Must have CXO level connects and strong network of client connects in KSA
•Strong technical acumen with sales experience and ability to solution customer
•Experience in managing RFI/RFP response process
•Exposure to various pricing models
•Strong leadership skills with ability to operate in a virtual team structure
•Motivated, self-starter who does not require significant oversight.
•Strong network of local corporate clients in KSA (Preferred).
•Arabic Speaking is a MUST
