● Bachelors Degree in Architects or Civil Engineering ● 10 years prior management and construction experience in low rise residential buildings with proficient knowledge of Finishing Works. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is optional) ● Transferable Iqama for non-Saudi Applicants.
