Assist in the handling of letters, appointments, meetings and research on issues related to development to ensure that the department communication with others is timely and efficient.
- Receive, file, and write replies to the incoming letters.
- Arrange appointment with customers and others.

- Completely assist for the Department Manager and Deputy.
- Arrange and follow up Department Management work with other Departments.
