Personnel duties:
• Coordinate with HR Account Managers to ensure that the country HR policies and processes are aligned with the corporates’.
• Communicate with HR Account Managers to ensure the fulfilment of hiring and secondement process before issuing contracts.
• Supervise ensure preparation of work contracts with new hired employees and renewal contracts with existing employees at the end of any contract period.
• Prepare the monthly payroll sheet starting 20 of each month reflecting all changes (new hires, resignations, travel, advance balances, staff loans, and deductions (e.g. penalties)
• Calculate each employee’s share of social insurance deductions, taxes, medical insurance, and overtime compensation, for purposes of preparing the payroll sheet and submit to the Country Manager & the HR Manager for review and approval’s signatures.
• Prepare general employees’ HR Letters submitted to any purpose other than embassies.
• Follow up on the completion of employees’ data files including contracts, hiring documents, etc.
• Supervise medical care activities.
• Supervise attendance system and leaves’ balance.
• Evaluates and approves the performance of his subordinates
• Produce HRIS Reports as per required.
Payroll duties:
• Assist in payroll activities such as recording hours of work, processing time sheets, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls.
• Review and compare monthly payroll, loans and medical expenses with Finance.
• Partner with accounting/finance in maintaining the general ledger interface and producing management reports.
• Supervise the maintenance of the Employee Information System.
• Send the employees’ payroll bank transfer transcript to the bank.
• Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll tax issues.
• Manage and administer monthly salaries.
• Partners with Compensations & Benefits Team in maintaining benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce or a relevant degree
5-7 years of experience in the payroll field.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and any other law governing the relation between the employee and the company.
Good analytical skills.
Very good command of English.
