Project Manager - Architect - Civil

Degree should be an Architect or Civil Engineer

Key Accountabilities(includes, but not limited to the following):
 3D design evaluation.
 Technical drawing evaluation
 Project elements analyzing.
 Prepare a check list for all project elements
 Briefing production team to start the fabrication.
 Follow up on each stage of fabrication.
 Delegate the flow of tasks between internal production and subcontractors/suppliers.
 Prepare a check list of all raw materials needed to make sure it’s all ordered.
 To prepare the project build-up schedule.
 Monitor the on-site processes during the build-up and make sure it is running as per the build-up schedule.
 To follow up all on-going works on site to meet high quality standards.
 To attend the project hand-over between the account managers and the clients.
