Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer

Education:
 Bachelor of Engineering.
Experience:
 Minimum Two years of Experience required
Skills:
 Must have Excellent experience in takeoff tools ( Knowledge of ON CENTER Software “On-Screen Takeoff” is a plus)
 Good knowledge and experience of any of the Construction Estimation Software programs available in the market ( Preferably in SAGE Timberline Construction Estimation Software)
 Must have very good command of AutoCAD.
 Good communicating and drafting skills in English.
 Must have good technical writing skill and should be excellent in Microsoft Word.
 Must have a strong experience and very good skills in Microsoft Excel.
 Strong analytic & solution providing skills.
 Good interpersonal & organizational skills.
 Expertise in general software tools: Photoshop, Visio.
 Taking proper and timely decision for efficient performance.
 Good written communication skills.
 Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to prioritize tasks and workloads to meet aggressive timelines.
