1. Overall responsible for accounting.
2. Reconciliation of Statements.
3. Compiles & sort documents, such as invoices and checks.
4. Compute taxes owed, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting & other
tax requirements.
5. Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to him.
