Cisco unified Communication Support Engineer.
• Deliver Level 2 and 3 Technical Support , Managing the Voice system, deploying Cisco unified Communication Manager ( CUCM, Unity, Express ) to customer.
• Ability to coach technicians and Engineers when necessary
• Work assigned Tickets to Determine the Point of Future and Resolve Problems.
• Perform Management and root Cause analysis For Customer as Required.
• Maintain all designed tickets with up to date into.
• Direct field Engineer as required resolving and / or confirming operation of n/w equipment available for or calling rotation.
• Story familiar with cisco tool sets. IP Telephony. ability , Troubleshoot and Configure CUCM, Unity , or Express
• Understanding gateways, Gatekeepers and implementing QOS.
• Good Team working skills.
