• Be responsible for hardware and software support within a Windows 95, 98, NT4, 2000,XP and windows 7.0 environment
• Provide full-time PC hardware support to include such tasks as repairs, upgrades, installation, and configuration of hard drives, modems, network cards, video cards, memory, etc.
• Provide full-time PC software support
• Tasks will include the installation, removal, and configuration of multiple types of industry standard and custom software
• Access the internet to perform hardware and software updates
• Work well independently as well as with a team
• Ability to work with end users to investigate and resolve hardware and software issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Research and evaluate the latest PC technology and make recommendations
• Preferably holding a certificate of A+, Network+.
