Job Description
The Branch Sales Manager will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day branch operations. These responsibilities will encompass:
Actively selling, including prospecting, follow-up and customer service.
Managing the branch - sales and marketing plan.
Managing the branch operating costs .
Managing / monitoring branch fleet—monitoring unit movements / inventories / maintenance
Managing branch sales activities—establishing sales activity and prospecting goals, conducting monthly sales meetings
Managing the branch sales, administration and fleet staff—interviewing, hiring, training, development, supervision, and performance management of branch employees
Iqama : transferable
Driving license : available
Ideal Age Range : 25 - 35
Skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Good communication and ‘people skills’.
Great presentation skills.
The ability to work well out door (customers visit).
The ability to deal with rejection.
The ability to compile information, activities, and reports in an effective and timely manner.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills Excellent.
The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about our products and markets.
The ability to work well on his own and also as part of a team.
Computer experience: The ability to work well with Microsoft office programs (Word & Excel & Power-Point).
Over 2 years of experience in Building Materials industry.
Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or organizational development.
