Creating and reviewing functional test cases based on requirement and design
o Executing test cases and reporting
o Identify, analyze, and document all defects (software bugs) and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
o Analyze test results and recommend corrective action.
o Follow up testing execution result with development team
o Experience in Quality Assurance and Software process Improvement (CMMI or ISO)
o Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies.
o Execute manual and automated test cases
o Testing Tools experience (QTP is Highly Recommended)
o Follow up and assure meeting customer requirements
