We are looking for a young (26 years and over) and enthusiastic Bachelors Degree in Science, Bio Medical Engineer or any related field with at least 3-5 years experience in handling Projects from initially sourcing till finalizing the offers.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Studying tenders and sourcing companies for product lines.
2. Sending enquiries to all companies
3. Ensure all tender terms and conditions are fulfilled before submitting the offer.
4. Coordinate with Accounts Department to ensure necessary Bank Guarantees are opened on time.
5. Ensure all brochures for products offered are received from companies.
6. Knows how to make complains with specs.
7. He must have the following qualification:
a. Very high IQ
b. Leadership skills
c. Troubleshooter
d. English is a must
e. Strong personality
f. Communication and correspondence skills.
g. Computer skills & internet navigation.
h. Has the ability to work in teamwork.
