We are looking for a young (40 years and over) and enthusiastic Engineering degree holder in Instrumentation with related experience in the medical industry. The candidate should posses at least 10 years of experience in a supervisory position, a significant part of which must be in the industry. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Oversees the completion and documentation of maintenance work orders by staff; guides and assists staff as necessary with complex tasks, and performs quality inspections of work as appropriate.
2. Supervises personnel which typically include recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
3. Monitors and coordinates maintenance and repair of all Medical Equipments and repair tasks as appropriate.
4. Ensures adequate stocks and serviceability of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment; purchases materials, supplies, and/or equipment as appropriate.
5. Prepares and maintains records on all maintenance activities.
6. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
7. He must have the following qualification:
• Very high IQ
• Leadership skills
• Troubleshooter ( excellent problem solver)
• English is a must
• Strong personality
• Communication and correspondence skills.
• Computer skills & internet navigation.
• Has the ability to guide his team.
• Has got a training or experience from a leading brand manufacturer.
8. It is preferable to have experience in the following equipment:
• Mortuary, sterilization, ventilators, laboratory, physiotherapy
• Preferably experience in hospitals, specialized training certificate in respective machines
