Under broad direction, has good knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology and the oil and gas industry, gained through formal education and work experience A Services manager or Services Lead is a business partner of the Country Manager with main responsibility the delivery and execution of the projects and services within the quality and standards defined by Halliburton Landmark Service Quality guidelines as well as the Services team leadership, management and coordination. The Services Manager is expected to actively participate in the project pursuing, definition, proposal and procurement phases, as well as in general it should be a country business development key resource. The Services Manager is Landmark’s Services Delivery focal point within the client.
Working closely with the Sales, Technical, R&D;, Data Sciences and CloudOps teams, the candidate is responsible for providing thought leadership and project execution expertise to collaborate with clients in creating, engineering and delivering digital solutions to address their operational and technical challenges, and help them exceed their business goals through the use of Halliburton digital solutions across the entire asset lifecycle.
The candidate will work with customers, partners and internal teams to assist in defining project scope, create detailed project plans, lead project execution while ensuring project financial performance, safety, quality within the quality and standards defined by Halliburton Landmark Service Quality standards, HSE.
The Services Manager develop deep relationships with customers to better understand their needs and business goals, and to expand the reach of possible solutions. Functions as a liaison between the customer and the Regional and Global Services teams to help drive product innovation and quality.
The following are the mains responsibilities:
• Ensure alignment with Country Manager for Services Business Strategy & Reporting.
• Ensure strong collaboration with Sales Team in sales pursuits to drive Services business growth.
• Ensure healthy Services P&L;, Project Cost control, Financial and Business reporting.
• Ensure project execution in compliance with Landmark HMS SQ standard and policies.
• Leadership to develop personnel with competencies and skills aligned to organization goals.
• Ensure and maintain high Personnel and resources utilization as per Landmark.
• Manage Services contracts and 3rd Party contract management and control.
Ideal candidate should have:
• University Degree in Geosciences, Engineer, Technology, IT or Business
• Master Degree in Engineering, Technology or Business Management
• 10-15 years of Project or Service Delivery in Oil & Gas, Technology or related areas
• 5-10 Years of experience in E&P;domain, preferably
• People Management, Project Financial Management, Contract Management experience
• Project Management, Agile Methodology experience
• Services Business Development and Sales experience
• Strong Leadership, Communication and Analytical skills
