• Assist Laundry Manager in enforcing policies, procedures, rules and regulations as per company’s standards and prepares reports as required.• Supervise and monitor the performance of the laundry employees in order to maintain established standards and provide efficient service to the customer.• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.• Responsible for proper handling of client and house laundry and establish standards and procedures to ascertain quality of work performed.• Investigates resolves customer complaints of unsatisfactory work.• Liaise with laundry stations to ensure that there are adequate clean uniforms and maintain the availability of cleaning supplies and a neat work area.• Follow up with the maintenance technicians on preventative maintenance and repair orders.• Check the daily production according to priorities.• Counter checks that all items are spotlessly clean as per the company’s standards and client satisfaction.• Ensure that laundry employees are knowledgeable about the Laundry services and facilities.• Conduct inventory of tools, equipment and material for keep up and optimization.• Plan professional training for laundry staff and conduct on the job training for employees on all laundry procedures, safety procedures and equipment operations.

• Understanding laundry operations.• Good command of written and spoken English.• Good Computer knowledge.• Good communication skills.• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.• 4 – 5 years of work experience in Laundry operations.
