We are hiring a Development Chef with minimum 5 years of Experience. Job duties and responsibilities include:

Directly responsible for the innovation and development of products, the safety and quality of their production, the methods and quantities of their provision, solving the related customer problems, and finding solutions that ensure their non-recurrence.
Building an operation and procedures guideline (guideline for products, preparation and costs, calories, allergens, food safety, general hygiene, personal hygiene), updating, supervising, and controlling its application.
Adapt recipes for mass production
Manage the food cost of products
Supervising warehouses and ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials and the safety of storage, delivery and receipt procedures. • Designing / planning of kitchens and approval of their needs for equipment and kitchen utensils.
Establish quality standards for new recipes
Manage a team to wait for the expected results
Train teams to maintain high standard quality and food safety
control of the compliance regarding recipes and product standards during the production and the sales
Constant following-up of developments in the restaurants and cafes sector in order to discover future trends, and new business methods and models.

المهارات
Confirmed work experience as a chef with 5 to 10 years of experience,
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques
Desired experience of working in brands with multiple stores or points of sale
Leadership skills
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Excellent time and team management skills
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Diploma in restoration
