Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

· Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.

· Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our property and its units

in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service

· Scouting for prospective lessees.

· Directing guided tours of each rental.

· Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements.

المهارات
Leasing Manager Requirements:

3+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, property management, and sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Well-honed marketing abilities.
Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements.
