الوصف الوظيفي Key Accountabilities: · Manage a team of agents to delivery BPO services on client engagements · Leverage process knowledge and expertise on selected areas within the overall HR value chain to ensure delivery of quality services to clients · Help the leadership in setting standards for quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints · Assist management and Solutions’ HR team in hiring and training/ onboarding of new team members · Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations · Generate comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines المهارات Experience from 2 – 3 years.
